Why We Started

We created Pinch nearly 10 years ago after being totally fed up with the junk in most fiber supplements — artificial sweeteners, low-grade psyllium, and way too much sugar. Back then, we had zero experience in making food products — just a lot of research, grit, and the help of great food scientists, doctors, and dietitians.

Our mission? To close the "Fiber Gap" (95% of Americans don’t get enough daily fiber) with a premium, effective, and clean fiber that actually tastes good.

What Makes Pinch Different

• Not all psyllium is created equal. Ours is ultra-pure, high-swell, and deeply effective.
• Some brands stuff in 10+ fiber types to look impressive. Most are low-dose fillers that don’t actually help.
• No aspartame, silicon dioxide, or gut-disrupting inulin. Just what your body needs, nothing it doesn’t.
  

Who Uses Pinch?

We made it for the everyday pooper, but it's now used by everyone from folks with digestive issues (like IBS/Crohn’s) to elite athletes and special ops teams. We’re humbled by the impact it's had — and grateful you're part of the journey.
