Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

We currently offer 3 different shipping options, each of which we cover the majority of shipping costs ourselves. Getting orders to customers quickly is a major focus of ours, and orders ship out from our facilities in less than 24 business hours.

The three shipping options include:

  • Slow & Steady Standard ($3.50): This option generally takes between 5-7 business days in transit, though often it arrives faster. It's a reliable method but because this option uses some regional carriers, the tracking may not be updated as much as we would hope.
  • Get a Move On Expedited ($6.50): This option takes 3-5 business days in transit and only uses the 5 major carriers, and no regional ones. Tracking is much more reliable here as well.
  • Pinch Magic Priority ($9.50): This is our fastest shipping option and is the most reliable in case you need your Pinch ASAP, taking only 1-3 business days in transit!

(Note: pricing and timing are slightly higher for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii given increased transit times and prices with carriers.)

It's important to remember, while your tracking might not be updating as regularly as you'd hope, it does not mean your order is stalled. Feel free to email us with any questions and if you do not receive your order within the expected time, please let us know ASAP at orders@pinchmagic.com!

Return Policy

We firmly believe in the products we create, but we also understand that Pinch might not yield the same results for everyone. If you find yourself unsatisfied with the results you're seeing, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee for single jars purchased. Please note, refunds are not available for bundles (3-pack or 6-pack).

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are limited to a maximum of one jar per customer.
  • Refunds are only available for the customer’s first order.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
  • The product must be received by Pinch, Inc. within 15 days of the refund request.
  • Refunds are only available on fiber products and not on any other Pinch merchandise (tools, clothing, etc.)
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning Pinch to us.

Subscription Orders: We send warning emails 3 days before subscription orders are set to renew. Refunds are not available for customers who did not cancel their subscription in time.

Refund requests for single jars can be initiated by contacting our Customer Service department at (800) 417-6708. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your jar of Pinch Magic Fiber back to us.

We will process all refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned product. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer our satisfaction guarantee to as many customers as possible.

Please note that our refund policy is subject to change at any time. Check back regularly for updates. Thank you for understanding, and we hope to make your experience with Pinch Magic Fiber a positive one!

Thank You for Helping

We are deep believers that businesses can be used for good and we strive to achieve the 3 P's: Planet, People and Profit.

Planet: We have kept ‘minimization’ in mind from the start - choosing materials that are recyclable and a container that can be reused in tons of different ways. Pinch Magic Fiber is also made in a production facility supplemented by solar power to help reduce our impact on the planet. And, cleaner/more efficient poops = less toilet paper waste. It's science.

People: We donate a portion of our profits to charitable organizations we are deeply passionate about. Specifically, the donations are split between Operation Homefront, Operation Underground Railroad, and charity: water. Please check out their websites as well to read more about the amazing work they both are doing and THANK YOU for helping us support these important causes.

Profit: We also resolve not to make decisions for profit alone as we know our company, the products, and our customers are all part of a bigger ecosystem and we know we need to remain a conscious organization. That is why Profit is listed last in all of our internal guidelines as well.
